It was established in 2007, through the merger of the two predecessor legal entities: Caldic Espana S.A. and Solvadis Iberica S.A. Headquartered in Barbera del Valles, it also maintains a sales office in Quart de Poblet, Spain. The company supplies a wide range of industrial chemicals for different sectors of the chemical industry such as coatings, plastics, pharmaceutical, paper, construction, textile, rubber, adhesives and sealants, food and feed, and agrochemistry. Its mission is to supply, on an efficient and reliable way, the chemical raw materials and specialties that its customers need, with the agreed quality and at a competitive price, by maintaining at any time an ethical relationship with its employees, suppliers and customers. Its long-term relationships with its suppliers, major international producers, enable it to ensure the continuous supply and stable quality of its products. The company is part of the Netherlands-based Caldic Group, which is one of the top five European distributors of industrial chemicals.
